What a beautiful day...

I love days that start like to today. Sun shining, bird chirping, the dogs a little restless wanting to go out and enjoy the sun. Shows summer is definitely on its way.

I just wish we were further along with our house plans, it would be a great day to get dirty in the garden. Then again as I see the small green buds on the trees outside my office window it reminds me that everything needs to time to grow. We plant the seeds and eventually if we nurture them, they grow. I guess its kind of like that with our house plants, we just need to give it time.

The stress from last weeks interview has finally past. The interview itself went extremely well. I was quite calm, confident and well spoken. We'll keep our finger crossed and hope I get called this week. On a side note, my tarot cards said that "this week would bring important information that once revealed to me would be to my benefit. Long awaited results would be in the works this week as well as new beginnings and reasons to celebrate." I'm curious to see how things pan out.

For the time being I'm just trying to plan out my week, maybe a trip to Vermont this Friday. It would definitely do me some good to get out a bit. Not to mention the fact that its a great place to shop, which reminds me, I need to stock up on butter... better ad it to the list...

I was able to take a quick snap shot of Fiji this morning playing with her blanky. It actually started as one big blanket which she conveniently made into twenty or so mini blankies. I can't complain, she's never touched the furniture, and truth be told it was her blanket. Besides she really loves that thing. I hope I can find a couple more at the Christmas Tree shop in Vermont this weekend...
